6 Ripe TOMATOES, chopped
2 GREEN BELL PEPPERS, seeded and diced
1 RED ONION, diced
2-3 CUCUMBERS. seeded and diced
1/2 cup chopped FRESH PARSLEY
1 can RIPE OLIVES, sliced in half lengthwise
1/4 pound FETA CHEESE, crumbled

Place in the work-bowl of a food processor or in a blender:

Yummy! We don't have a garden and we don't get "garden fresh" vegies here.... but I'm making this salad for sure! Oh, and I'm tagging you :)

You are making one of our favorite salads. I love those Greek salads. We were on vacation on the Greek island of Crete a few years ago and I just loved the food. Take care! Andrea

Vonlafin - The recipe doesn't state how many it serves, but it makes a good sized salad, around 3 qts.
